Allied Scaffolding was formed in 1983 in Oldham, Greater Manchester. Since then, Allied has grown into one of the region's leading independent contract scaffolding companies, deeply committed to providing a professional and quality service.

Independently owned, the directors and owners of Allied are heavily involved with the day to day running of the business, ensuring a high level of support and access for customers. Through continuity at managerial and site level we are able to deliver a consistently high level of service and quality unusual in this section of the construction industry.

Located in Oldham, Greater Manchester, Brighouse, West Yorkshire and Preston, Lancashire, we have excellent resources and are able to meet the challenges of the largest and most complex jobs. We recruit and train our own C.S.C.S. and C.I.S.R.S. compliant workforce and are able to provide the right team and skills mix to meet the demands of your job. Allied have an enviable safety record and a reputation for providing innovative and effective solutions to the most complex access requirements.

Allied are accredited to the prestigious safety, quality and environment standards OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. These set minimum standards which we must comply with. We use these best practice standards to benchmark ourselves, and it is our strategic goal to use the learning generated to continually and proactively improve our service to you, our customer.


We are members of the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC), the North West Construction Safety Group and the Freight Transport Association.
